 My most recent vacation was to Cat Ba, a beautiful island located in the north of Vietnam. I went there with my family, and we stayed for five days and four nights. We drove from Hanoi along QL5B or QL5A, ran to Got port, then took the ferry to Cat Ba Island, it took about two hours. Then we took a speedboat to Cat Ba Island. The ride was smooth and the scenery along the way was breathtaking. 😀 Arriving in Cat Ba, we were greeted by bright sunshine and salty sea breeze. The weather was perfect, neither too hot nor too cold which made the trip more enjoyable. The local food is amazing with a variety of seafood dishes. The people there are very friendly and hospitable, always ready to help us with any questions or concerns.😋 During our stay, we did many exciting activities like walking, and swimming. Hello everyone, my name is Lam. I am here to discuss my fitness and eating habits. I will be talking about diet and exercise to stay healthy. As someone who values physical fitness, I believe in the importance of regular physical activity for both my body and my mind. I try to engage in some form of physical activity each day, whether it be jogging, cycling, or hitting the gym. One of my favorite sports to play with friends is badminton as it is both enjoyable and motivating to exercise together and push each other towards our fitness goals. I set a goal to work out for at least 45 minutes each day, and I adjust my schedule on weekends to accommodate more time if necessary. Exercising gives me a sense of accomplishment, and I feel more energized and productive throughout the day. My name is Doan The Lam. Today, I will share the usual activities I normally do. My day usually starts pretty early, as I wake up around 8 a.m. I like to start my day with some light exercise, such as running fast or doing yoga. This helps wake me up and keeps me energized for the day After my morning workout, I usually take a quick shower and get dressed. I'm a student, so I have a lot of projects to do. I spend most of my working day in front of the computer, studying graphic design and animation When I come home from school, I like to relax with some relaxing activities.
